When it’s 20 degrees outside…

You have about 15 minutes before noses begin to look like Rudolph’s.

But you also have more excuses to snuggle close.

More reasons to hold tightly to the ones you love.

More reasons to skip around together!

And sometimes a little bit of cold makes you realize how warm you are with the people you love.

Bethany! I’m so so glad we braved the freezing cold temperatures!! I had so much fun getting to know you all, and you would never be able to tell the kids were shivering! ;) Thanks so much for letting me photograph your family!

While my speciality will always be young families with little kids, occasionally I get the chance to work with an extended family.

In typical family fashion, grandma is always (and should always be) the center of attention - which is simply delightful.

But what’s amazing for me to see is how each sibling has uniquely formed their own little family.

Beginning their own traditions…

Forming their own memories…

And being them.
