YOU NEED TO KNOW
My working philosophy is simple: we play, we cuddle, we repeat. I strive to make your photos playful and intimate, all the while being... simple. I’m not out to create a fake smiling traditional photo. I want to see the real you. Be alive, be honest, and simply love each other.
Things may go wrong. In fact, they definitely will, so please expect it. Kids don’t always cooperate, hair doesn’t stay put, and shoes get dirty. But remember - I want to take photos that tell real stories. Your story.
My goal for our session together is to capture your family having fun, being yourselves, and loving on each other. In order to make this happen, we need to get to know each other. This means I take extra time with each family learning about who they are and what makes your beautiful family so unique.
Be prepared to get really close and snuggle… and I might even ask you to play, tickle, and even dance a little bit. (But don’t worry. I’ll dance with you.)
