Window light heaven

Last week, I had the privilege of photographing these two adorable, energetic, photogenic children! You may recognize them from this shoot I did of their family... one of my favorite sessions from 2012.

First of all... their house. Oh my. Full of gorgeous light in every corner... I felt like I died and went to window light heaven!! The first thing I said to Sunil that evening was, "Babe, I want windows just like that!"

Secondly, as with most children I photograph... I took a million photos. Normally, I only blog a few... but I gave up trying to narrow them down. Instead of showing you moments... I thought I'd show you the entire day. A lovely day full of snuggles, laughter, pillow fights, trampolines, coloring, quiet time and Mario. Full of life. Full of energy. Enjoy. :)

I'd love to chat. :)

Dreams, Union Station and squishy penguins

Emily asked Fin (the oldest) what his dream would be...

"To go to Union Station, Miss Emily!"

So we did.

(His EYES! Oh my....)

Emily invited me along, and although I had high hopes of getting lots of work done that day...

I caved in.

(Meanwhile, Fin learned a fabulous way to get a great reaction from the girls.)

Lines, light, and cute squishy penguins.

That's the stuff that dreams are made of.

But don't forget Union Station.

That's what little boys dream of too.
