Ahh.... road trips. You all know I'm a huge fan. Early morning wake up calls, snacks, road games, seeing new places.... count me in.

My brother is getting married this weekend in Chicago...

So Sunil and I are roadtripping it up today. Yay! (And yay for mobile hotspots so I can blog on the road!)

In the meantime... (and speaking of weddings) here's a sneak peak at what I've been working on this week. Can't wait for their wedding in Maine next year!! Check back next week for a full blog post on Chris and Alexa. :)

He wears a towel over his shoulder. He says it gives him special confidence when cooking.  

Sometimes we make up new recipes together... and try things like meatball soup. (No, I've never heard of it either - it must be an Indian thing.)

He catches me taking pictures (that was my contribution to the dinner menu for the evening), and throws a cute smile my way. (Stud.)

We improvise. We experiment. We do crazy things.

And we're thankful.
