Timm's Lumber and Sawing - a documentary

When I was up in Minneapolis last weekend, I had the pleasure of working with an amazing videographer (you rock, Alex!) to document Timm's Lumber and Sawing. I've known the Timm family for a while - they even loaned me some wood for my wedding! They're looking to give their website an entire face lift - hence the pictures and videos. Alex and I had so much fun working with Steve and Joe! Steve is the father, owner, genius and mastermind behind the custom woodworking. He has a say in everything, and everything is done flawlessly. Joe, Steve's son, has been a friend of our family for years, and also happens to be a phenomenal musician - he even played at my wedding! Joe was the only son that could make it for the shoot, but the entire family is involved in this amazing family business!

Their website isn't finished quite yet(but go like them on Facebook!), so these are only a few sneak peaks.... enjoy!

Of mustaches and baby showers

So... Last weekend I took a trip. With my crazy husband. And it was fun.

We saw lots of people...

And connected with good friends...

But more importantly... I went to a baby shower! But not just any baby shower... My SISTER'S baby shower! Yay!! We ate mustache cookies, played guess-the-baby-food-in-the-diaper, opened presents and had an awesome time of prayer over my Mel. And..... dun dun DUUUUN... I got to feel the baby moving!! :) Totally made my weekend! (Oh, and my feet got cold so I stuffed under my mom's crossed legs... and left a mark. But that's a different story...)

On to the photos. :)
