Their family is legendary.

Every year I plan a photo shoot for my oldest sister and her four beautiful children. 

And every year we out-do ourselves with outfits, locations, and magic moments. 

Planning portrait sessions can be difficult when you live 7 hours away... 

But Becky just happened to move into a neighborhood with a gorgeous field behind her house. 

It's like she knew I'd be taking photos in that field for years to come. 

I bet you can't even tell that it's frigid, can you?? 

This year, Becky requested that they get individual photos with each of their children - a tradition we've never done before. I especially adore this one of their oldest daughter... she is LOVED. :)

Twelve years later and they're still cuddling champs!! :)

WE DID IT, BECKY! SO glad we could make this photo shoot (and my haircut!) happen this year. I'm already exhausted thinking about how we'll top it next year!! :)

When I make trips back to Minnesota to see family for holidays, birthdays, or just for fun... I always try to plan as many photo shoots with MN clients as possible! I was so fortunate to meet Stacey's family last fall (in our FREEZING cold morning session) and it was so great to connect with them again this last trip! 

Dad still keeps the family goofy with his dad jokes and crazy wild energy...

And they're still the cutest couple you ever did see!

We met at a popular neighborhood park and found all the hidden pathways so we could see the beautiful fall colors!

This family left for a trip to Disney the very next day!! I kept telling Stacey she must be crazy stressed, but she didn't seem a bit fazed. I think when you have kids you turn into a superhero who doesn't need sleep and never gets stressed... ;)
