I have the best, most trusting clients.

Sometimes the most wonderful places for photos are behind buildings and in the middle of parking lots.

Or on the steps of someone’s home in the middle of the street…

And instead of wondering or questioning… they simply let me work my magic.

And relax into the moment.

As a family photographer, I sometimes get requests to do photos for just adults.

Usually anniversary photos, or in this case… engagement photos!!

Casey and MaRyah are planning a lovely Colorado wedding next year and wanted to celebrate their engagement with fall photos.

I’m so used to working with little kids that I think I treated them like toddlers for the first 20 minutes on accident. :)

But I think deep down inside, everyone still has a little kid who just wants to be play and laugh and giggle a little bit.

So that’s what we did. :)
