If your in-laws come to visit....
If you get married, you'll have in-laws.
If you have in-laws, they'll come to visit you.
If they come to visit you, you'll want to surprise them with old college friends.
If you surprise them with college friends, you'll probably go someplace awesome...
Like Chez Elle.
(Crepes, crepes and more crepes... Did I mention Chez Elle is awesome?)
If you take them someplace awesome, you'll probably want a picture.
(Side note: If you take a picture, your double chin will probably make an appearance.)
And if you take a picture, they'll probably insist in getting a goofy picture (I'm a huge fan).
If you take a goofy picture, laughter will follow.
If everyone is laughing, you'll sneak your husband off for some cute pictures of just the two of you.
And if you get pictures of just the two of you... you'll probably need to get pictures with your in-laws.
If you get pictures with your in-laws, you'll want to rush them off to see Kansas City.
And if you REALLY want them to see Kansas City's finest, you'll take them to the River Market.
If you take them to the River Market, they'll check out the spices. (They are Indian, after all...)
(And the pineapple.)
(But mostly the spices.)
And while they're checking out the spices, you'll listen to the street performers play hymns. (This one doesn't go anywhere... we're still at the part where they look at spices, k? K.)
And while they're looking at spices, they'll probably look for the best deals. (Because they're Indian after all - right?)
And if they get the best deals, they'll probably be in a very happy mood.
And if they're in a happy mood, you'll take them to a get together with your friends.
And if you take them to a get together with your friends, you'll probably take pictures of the kids. (You didn't see this coming?)
And if you get to take pictures of the kids, you'll probably catch some hilarious moments.
And if you catch some hilarious moments...
You'll probably blog about them. Cause that's what photographers do, right?? :)
Side note: I couldn't figure out a way to get this blog post back to "If you get married, you'll probably have in-laws..." But I'm choosing NOT to be OCD about it. Ok? Ok. :)
