Extended families carry a unique dynamic.

Different relationships and different interactions... all marks of a family that has extended its arms to include other loved ones.

Last weekend I was given the privilege of being able to photograph my friend Emily's extended family - the Fitzsimmons clan!

The sisters were my favorite to photograph...

They were all SO photogenic! :)

This little sweetie was quiet and serious for most of our shoot....

And then at the end, she suddenly started giggling - it was SO adorable. :)

Emily, thanks for introducing me to the rest of your beautiful family, and for trusting me with all your memories. :)
